Looking forward to a few late nights listening.
Only one player from champions Warwickshire, four from Yorkshire and none from Middlesex how times have changed

5th Test no longer to be held in Perth due to Covid restrictions. New venue not yet known. Will the series be completed?

Re: The Ashes 2021/2022
40 mins until the start and it appears Stuart Broad had been left out. Its a long series but seems odd choice

Re: The Ashes 2021/2022
Malan gone for 6, 11 for 2. This pitch could cause a very short match

England bowled out for 147. Why on earth did they vat first one that pitch. Could be an interesting last session of the day

0605z.
Rain saves any further embarrassing figures.
On a positive side... go onto YouTube and look up Broad 8-15 from a few years ago.

Re: The Ashes 2021/2022
Rats forgot the first test started last night
Glad I didn't stay awake to listen now - it could be a long series but let's see how the Aussies get on when they bat but no Broad or Anderson in the team for the first test? Whaaat!

Re: The Ashes 2021/2022
Forgetting the start was probably a very wise move. Best hope for England is the tour being abandoned through Covid.
Re: The Ashes 2021/2022
Test match going very much as expected / feared. England recovery (or monsoon?) expected soon!
Re: The Ashes 2021/2022
