Can anyone please help with the i.d. of a CV-22 near to the white-tops ?
On the regular CV-22 ramp were -0049, -0050 +1

The RC135 being 62-4131 (I had assumed by "Offut KC-135" Apache 123 was referring to the WC-135R - but I now add the RC-135 serial for completeness just in case).
