Tanagra Airshow 2023

During a recent visit to Istanbul for work, I was talking to a colleague who asked if I was going to Tanagra Airshow the following weekend...not only was I not going, but I had no idea what he was talking about. A quick google later and I was looking for flights. Quick flight, car hire and many security checks later and I was enjoying the Spotters day. Unbelievably, the clouds rolled in and the rain started, making conditions on day 1, really bad. Following are the best of a mediocre bunch, black aircraft and white sky, don't really mix.

You’ve done pretty well despite the conditions, nice catch on the OH-58. Always planned on going to this, but never quite make it, maybe next year.

Lovely set of images although the sight of all those forlorn MIrage 2000's made me weep. Any donations to a British aircraft museum would be gratefully received - Newark?
