Just come back from Waddo and thick fog is covering the majority of the airfield, does this mean that it is now likely to come in at 2pm ?

Nipped over to the viewing area on the way back from Grantham. The Antanov was parked up straight opposite, the nose just being raised

Clive.
Hi Clive,

It would have been.

Great take-off! It completely blew away the fence down by the 02 end. Good job nobody was daft enough to stand under the lights!
RAF Police are aware of the fence down.

Must say it was a very sprightly take-off.

If it had been a FENCER, Paul I would have. :) I was too busy trying to get shots of the E-3 that followed the Antonov. I was off after that before the MPGS blamed me for leaning on it!

Nice pic F-4. Shame that 20 wasn't in use. The super light would have lit up the nose and undersides on the climb out!

It was a gamble - looked at the wind & thought fully loaded they'd have to go into it. Made for some nice taxi shots by the A15 as the wing almost swept over our heads!

Did I see a KC135 on departing on 02 about 10 mins after the big bird came in. Was in Bracebridge Heath and looked like one pulling out over the industrial units?
