Paying for base visits

I'm curious to know how much people think a visit to an active RAF station is worth?

I know there is an argument about having paid already via tax, but putting that aside, what would you pay for say an afternoon behind the wire taking close-up photos of static aircraft? I don't really see flying aircraft as relevant because most of the time you get just as good a view outside.

I'd be happy, especially if the cost went to the likes of RAFBF, Help For Heroes etc.
