I think the problem is with Adsb's MLAT as he is in controlled airspace and he hasn't been given any heading changes.

Perhaps it bringing the orders to open the airfield for the U2's as RCH1815 went 0TT the other week

4 C-17s came into Fairford before the B-52 Ex presumably delivering equipment, only 2 C-17s have been in after the Ex to take that equipment home. So it would make sense that this C-5 is taking the last of it out, but that's just a guess.

Reasonable assumption is to expect a "D21" and poss. "D31" inby the other way.
