Dragon 86 pinging on Mode S as AE0954, 80-1071

Dragon 88 will be following it in, currently at FL500 West of Manchester pinging as AE0968, 80-1094.

Serials will need eyeball confirmation.

Still no Notam published and Dragon 86 is down to 5,000ft!

I think the problem is with Adsb's MLAT as he is in controlled airspace and he hasn't been given any heading changes.

4 C-17s came into Fairford before the B-52 Ex presumably delivering equipment, only 2 C-17s have been in after the Ex to take that equipment home. So it would make sense that this C-5 is taking the last of it out, but that's just a guess.

Reasonable assumption is to expect a "D21" and poss. "D31" inby the other way.

Could be a shrewd deduction Sam - plenty of room in 101 ? Loadmaster named 'Skinner'. ;)

Sounds like they are not bothering about Notams anymore? as the C5 departed after the aerodrome was officially closed, and the first U2 arrived this morning before it was officially open.

Has the serial for DRAGON88 [AE0968] been eyeballed yet?

80-1086 or 80-1094 ?

I see https://ffdmovements.blogspot.com/ has it as 80-1094...
