Has there been any further updates on this? It’s getting pretty close now.

Be interesting to see if and when cars and/or rotary wing assets arrive and where?
Would he need them both sides of the channel?
Only a few more days to wait

Last year the helo,s arrived early and did practice runs so if using MDH would then need to reposition to Northolt. Not sure if the base has the security available due to the work going on to be able to cope.Maybe send Trump a tweet and ask him.lol

The ambassadors residence in regents Park is surrounded by walls and trees, no view can be had of the Helicopters on the ground. Can be good for landing shots as they approach fairly low over the park.

It went to Biggin Hill.
I thought it was Fort Riley based, deployed to Europe through Zeebrugge in January.

I think I heard Mr T say, in response to Mr Corbin's attitude to him and the USA, that one of the things we need the US for is the posting of its Forces in the UK and we should be grateful for that. Mmm. as I understand it the USAF is here as part of the NATO component. The NATO maxim is 'an attack on one of the members is an attack on the Organisation' and it would only be under those circumstances that US Forces would render military assistance to the UK. Besides which, they are in the process of drawing-down all those units currently at Mildenhall, prior to the base closure.
