The next day dawned very grey with thick fog, but there was hope it would soon burn off and we would get a full air display. Alas, that was not to be and all who attended will recall this particular BoB airshow for being largely a weather wipe-out for flying acts.
On with a selection of static photos taken, that will hopefully convey how grey it was (just look at the flood lights in some).
The Blue Angles packing up their gear in to their TC-130G Fat Albert having given up on the possibility of flying. If I recall correctly an F-18 did fly on a weather check, or am I just imagining that?
