TLP 01/2 at Florennes with Prowlers!

In March 2001 I visited TLP 01/2 at Florennes AB n Belgium. In those days Florennes hosted 4 to 6 TLP's a year and during those year's I collected many frames on slide, colour negatives or digital. Unfortunately those day's have gone...
During this edition two EA6B Prowlers of VAQ-134 participated which was unique for TLP. Also a large variety of types of other NATO allies were present. During the departureday (April 4th) I went again and no less than 7 C130, 1 Transall and 1 CN235 were needed to collect all to stuff used during the one month exercise.

I do miss the TLPs great days out. Went often on the last Fridays to score a lot of transport as well as you mentioned.

TLPs were good variation of types and air forces and aircraft of units not often, or never seen in these parts of Europe.

And I missed this TLP

I like these and thank you for a great variety of subjects. Sadly I only ever got to a couple of these at Florence's due to other commitments. Maybe one day I can get to Albacete when the all clear is given.

And I just noticed that the spell check or whatever has shown the event at Florence's! I'm sure Florence would be surprised and that it should say FLORENNES. Serves me right for not checking before I got submit.

Great set! I only ever saw 1 Prowler fly and that was at Mildenhall many years ago!
