Interestingly there is a test launch of the Tsirkon hypersonic vehicle from the Admiral Gorshkov frigate in the Barents sea due in the next couple of days.
The warning area was moved much further north yesterday [ compared to the one I posted a few days back ] to the north of Norway , but there is still a lot of activity up in the Barents area.
Might we see a double launch ?

This is the latest "rocket" test area...same danger area is defined but much further north than the earlier post [middle of the three images]

If it is a hypersonic test then maybe it is to be fired towards land rather than over the arctic and into the Pacific [ Sea of Okhotsk] .range of
The timing is also outside the usual range of U2 activity.

I would think BLACK01 is very close to Odessa by now......hasn't returned as far as I can tell

Can someone please confirm that BLACK 01 has not come back yet

On previous occasions BLACK 01 has returned around the same time as a standard Baltic sortie , so expect him back in UK airspace around 1600L....30 mins before that over Holland.
