Landing at 1420 was EC155 "1RA17" (ZJ780) departed at 1425 to the east back to Hereford.

Yeah could be although dont forget a lot of civilian versions are common around here too. Brecon VOR is to the northeast of me, Dikas isnt far either near Pontypool.
