I’ve just seen on the Nellis AFB site that Red Flag is 4th - 18th March which is a week earlier than shown on the Dreamland site.

Are you sure you read it correct?
Mentioned on the Nellis AFB site under "When is RED FLAG" there is an old date for Red Flag 22-2 (Red Flag 22-2 is March 4-18, 2022).

8 LN jets arrived yesterday at Nellis 2 weeks late. From what I’ve been told there’s two very broken ones. One at Hill and one at Gander. All the jets might make it to Tyndall on time but they’re not holding their breath.

The 8 that arrived are:

91-0315
00-3001
91-0316
91-0605
91-0327
97-0221
91-0312

Why are they two weeks late? They’ve been operating from Hill and their Green Flag is likely to start on Monday.
