Scramble now reporting 11F Rafales will operate from home and 1/4 Gascogne will be at Waddington alongside a single A400.
This is confirmed.

The Rafale M are not planned to attend Waddington - they will operate from their home base of Landivisiau.

Romania are possibly for Ramstein Flag - nothing to do with CW, either Marham or Spang.

That’s what I was thinking. Thanks for clarifying. Just looked on Google Earth at the 02 situation, that handstand left by the contractors, you couldn’t ask for anything better and more sensible to be used, even if just two days a week with a reasonable charge which goes to charities.

The arrival times have been posted on the WAVE page by one of their admins this morning - bet the RAF will love that.

Half term school holidays next week. I'd would say, "it could be very busy'.

i may just drag myself for a 15 min drive for support arrivals but having said that if they use Rnwy 20 i can see them from my location and for departures 02 they will come towards me, that will save me having to contend with car park Police? and headless chickens racing around with stepladders and jumping up and down with excitement.

If it's like CW 24-2, when they want. It was advertised as 0730-1700 but I don't think that happened often.

The overspill is approved next door though - see separate thread for detail.

Apologies for potentially posting in the wrong thread, but I can't find a better one to post to!

With the Saudi F-15s arriving on Monday, presumably they'll require tanker support from Saudi A330s. Assuming they are using the A330s, would anyone please happen to know (and be able to share) if they are expected to use East Midlands Airport as I recall happened in the past with their Typhoons?

Thank you in advanced for any answers, I've got a Monday I'm looking to kill and Waddington is just slight to far, especially considering I'm there the following week!

I believe the Saudis may have already left King Kahlid and routing through Souda. I’m awaiting clarification from a contact out there.

If the Saudis are due into Waddington on Monday, I can't see any reason why they would have departed King Khalid yet. Tomorrow at the earliest, or more likely Sunday.
