Im pretty sure i would have a hard time trying to pilot the aircraft effectively if i was suffocating. RIP Capt. Jeff Haney. :(

It's standard practice to blame the dead pilot. It moves attention away from the shortcomings of the aircraft and its systems. The RAF have done the same thing.

I think the phrase is "Dead men can't speak" or something along those lines. Its terrible - why is it so complicated to change your air supply over? The very basic requirement for life and I bet it was buried in menus on the computer!

A very harsh conclusion give the (now) known issues with the F/22's Oxygen system and the fleet grounding that's caused.

Even stranger considering they are planning a redesign of the system viewtopic.php?f=287&t=52834
