this participation is more a sales pitch than a display. however with politics re Russians allegedly supplying Syria, things kicking off in the UN it wouldnt surprise me to see this pulled.

The issue of the Russians (Rosoboronexport) attending Farnborough has been raised in Parliament. Apparently Mr Hague is considering the matter.
