Kev - I thought ZK380 was BG? Or has it gone north?

BRAVO KEV!

It's ironic that you posted this as I was just thinking today how such a list would be great to reference (to match the one pinned for Leuchars)

Thanks for posting it!

Cheers

John

Hi Mark it left Coningsby a long time ago, I think it is in normal Sqn service minus its special marks.

Cheers

HUGE thank you Kev!!!! really learned a lot from this, didn't know that each Sqd had its own "Typhoon Number" now I'll be able to tell what sqd each aircraft comes from

Can you tell me what "Typhoon 801" is? heard it on the 15.1.13 whilst in Wales. Not sure if its a Warton or Scottish call sign, but it was loud and clear!! :pop: :pop: :pop:

Craig "Typhoon" is a Coningsby callsign, I think Typhoon 801 might relate to the
last three of the serial ie : ZJ801/BJ/Typhoon T3.

Sorry to correct you Garf but ZA600 Landed at Marham on the 30/08/12. It came in 'clean' and IS currently being serviced in CMU. Its due out very soon for test flights and i believe it is keeping its special tail.

Matt -

If it's keeping its special tail then I assume that it will be returning to 41 Squadron at some point?
Cheers

I was at Marham when this jet landed to be painted.
It was when the Libya war started so would be sad if it lost its special Tail so quick.

Hi everyone,

The old 41 special (ZA600) is now out of CMU, and was out on airtest at Marham on Thursday (31st).
It still has its special tail.

Thanks Mike, I think after a bird strike ZJ922 took the cable on a very heavy landing and has not flown since.

Sorry this is a bit late.
ZA614/EB-Z has been up at Lossie for servicing since June 10th.
