i have just returned from a very enjoyable trip to switzerland for the WEF patrol missions and the wiederholungskurs at Meiringen.
It was very cold
but i liked it, although some of my equipment didn't.... my 7D went dead because of very cold batteries, i had to warm them up in my gloves 
On tuesday evening i had frost markings on my tripod and lenscovers....they were completely white...
