Depending on when you finish work I might see you there. I'm going in after school for for maybe an hour or an hour and a half from about 4:15 or 4:30. Will be nice to see the Tornados considering we haven't got any at air day this year!

Looks like they are at Newquay

If they came close to CU I never heard a thing !
Shame about the weather, heard them go thundering by CU from the viewing enclosure! Was hoping they would land though :'(

Think they went straight across to Mounts Bay. Surprised you didn't hear anything, everyone ran out of the cafe to have a look but they were above the clouds :(

Yeap,me to. Heard them depart out after second attemped at getting in. Then hand over to newquay.
Wasn't shore to start with of the call sign but shore it wasn't Fang??
BUT on way home at about 17:00,after they had landed at newquay ,Did hear something else working London mill. To faint to hear a call sign ,but was wearing an oxygen mask so would have been a fast mover?!! Could there have been a second pair down this way? Or just a FRADU ..(sorry 736 sqn !!) Hawk on his way to VL?

I'm not sure which callsign is correct but I can confirm both Tirpitz and Fang are used as callsigns for GR4s.

Will have to see if I can catch them depart NQY tomorrow morning.
Frustrating is the word, Mr.T, especially considering how fine the weather was up to last evening, XZ920 looked so lovely last evening, after a brush-up, i couldn't resist snapping it.The machine certainly doesn't look like the 34 years-old that it is.
