Hello from Wiltshire

Hi,

I'm new to FC so I thought it was time to say hello from sunny Wiltshire!

Being just North of Andover means I am within easy reach of DM, VP, VA , DY and VN. ( Boscombe Down, Middle Wallop, Fairford, Yeovilton and Brize Norton)

Ideally on here to get info about what's around, what's due, open days, base visits, tours and the like, plus I am always happy to let you know if I see anything in the local skies.

Sunny ????? I've managed to see just three military this month from Melksham (and missed a couple of others through being out). The clouds have been in the wrong place all the time.

MRTT is about 6-7 miles NE of me - we are both under the military routing TR1 (Lands End > Yeovilton > Brize Norton > Marham > waypoint NAVPI).

Anyway, you will find a vast amount of knowledge on here, which I hope you will enjoy.

I'm down your neck of the woods today - going to lunch with friends at the "Poplar Farm" at Little Ann. Lovely pub and wonderful food.

Won't be able to visit MW, though.
